François-Xavier Quisefit

François-Xavier Quisefit joined Lmt Avocats in 2013 after holding several positions as in-house legal practitioner. Holding a Master’s degree in literary, artistic and industrial property, he has honed his skills in commercial litigation within the firm, becoming an expert in intellectual property, unfair competition and abrupt termination of contracts.

He subsequently expanded his practice to include advisory work, drawing on this litigation experience to provide support from the project development stage, identify legal risks, and prevent difficulties that might arise during implementation.

François-Xavier Quisefit has also gained solid experience in personal data protection and, more broadly, in digital law, particularly with the firm’s pharmaceutical clients and companies in the digital sector.

He assists his clients with issues combining innovation, data management and the valuation of intangible assets.
