Pierre Levionnois joined Lmt Avocats in 2024 after his studies in France and Switzerland and several professional experiences with law firms and the legal departments of financial institutions.

His practice focuses on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and private equity. He assists and advises our clients on transfers, acquisitions, investments and restructuring transactions.
