Pierre Yves Guérin

Pierre-Yves Guérin enjoys a strong reputation in the fields of maritime transport (goods and ships) and inland waterway transport. More generally, he assists French and international groups (especially from the Benelux) as a counsel or in the litigation phase, in all areas of transport, shipbuilding and related logistical and commercial risks. He helps them in the negotiation and drafting of their contracts and represents them before the judicial and arbitral courts.

Pierre-Yves Guérin also assists brokers, agents, European insurance companies and industrial groups as well as all types of companies in managing their risks. He assists them in particular in the management of their claims during the expert investigation and litigation phases.

The man behind the lawyer

Pierre-Yves is a reserve officer (French Air Force) and member of AFDM (French Association of Maritime Law). Passionate about music and diving, his big dream is to perform the Goldberg variations... and to find Atlantis.
