As a member of the Commercial Litigation team, Emmanuel Fleury has developed a premium practice where his procedural skills, his inventiveness, and his tenacity are appreciated by the law firm’s clients. His main areas of expertise are contractual litigation, unfair competition, and commercial property, especially in the pharmaceutical, retail, and transport businesses. In addition, he has acquired significant experience in customs law and real estate law.
