
Jean-André Fresneau
Advocate
After training at Paris II and Paris I universities, Jean-André began his career in Lyon as a consultant to the network of chambers of commerce and industry (CERAL). He was admitted to the Bar in 2008 and has since worked in a number of law firms in Paris.
His core area of expertise is urban planning legislation for commercial sites/areas, for which he acts as legal advisor and trial lawyer on behalf of operators. He also is the author of the 4th edition of the “Guide juridique et pratique de l'urbanisme commercial” (EFE, 2019). He runs training courses, in particular EFE's dedicated course, and regularly publishes articles commenting on developments in legislation and case law in this area.

Jean-André is also a graduate of higher military education (ESORSEM), a senior officer in the operational reserve and a history buff.
