Philippe’s practice as a lawyer covers all areas of economic law: Competition (Compliance, proceedings before the French Competition Authority and European Commission proceedings, Merger control), Foreign investment control, Distribution (Distribution networks, Annual commercial negotiations, Restrictive competition practices), and Consumer law. He provides advisory and litigation services to various international groups, particularly in the agro-industry, automotive and aeronautics industries.
