As a lawyer, Emmanuel Guillini provides advice and litigation services in various areas of real estate law, primarily in public law and, to a lesser extent, in private law. He assists and advises private operators (investors, developers, builders) and public entities (public infrastructure and facilities) in the implementation of real estate projects. His practice also covers environmental law. In these various areas, he represents litigants before administrative and judicial courts. His main areas of practice in real estate are urban planning and development law, commercial urban planning, in which he is a recognised expert, and, more generally, public business law.
