Charline Mathé

After a first collaboration with a law firm, Charline Mathé joined Lmt Avocats in 2021. She holds a Master’s degree in International Law and Management from HEC Paris and a Master’s degree in Business and Contract Law from the University of Lille 2. She assists and advises companies in their extraordinary and routine operations. She advises on transactions and contractual negotiations, including shareholders’ agreements and corporate documentation.

The woman behind the lawyer

Charline draws with charcoal, practices classical dance but also hikes, dives and climbs. She is also involved in occasional missions with the association La Fourmilière, giving French lessons and acting as a mentor for refugees.
