Arnaud Gundermann

After his studies in France and Canada and various experiences in law firms and in the legal departments of international groups, Arnaud Gundermann joined Lmt Avocats in 2022. 

His main areas of practice are Corporate Law / Mergers & Acquisitions / Private Equity. He assists and advises our clients in the context of day-to-day and exceptional operations and more particularly in the completion of transactions and related contractual negotiations.
