Joseph Benillouche

Joseph Benillouche is a specialist of real estate and construction law. In real estate law, both as a counsel and trial lawyer, his field of practice covers property development, pre-contracts, booking contracts, off-plan buying. In construction law, he chiefly assists in preventive summary proceedings, legal and contractual liability issues of building companies, subcontracting issues, domestic arbitration proceedings. Joseph assists French clients, mainly in the Paris region and throughout France, as one of the first point of reference of legal and judicial departments of one of the major construction companies and its development and construction subsidiaries.
