Lmt Avocats represented to the Young Maritime Lawyer’s Association (YMLA) Conference

Aurélie Swiderek and Mathilde Rousset, Lmt Avocats" associates, were delighted to attend the Young Maritime Lawyer’s Association (YMLA) Conference last 23rd and 24th June 2023 in London. These few days were full of interesting presentations and discussions but above all friendly meetings with maritime lawyers from all across Europe. 

Mathilde Rousset was also pleased to present a decision of the French Supreme Court dated 14th December 2022, n°B 20-17.768: a landmark case on the enforceability conditions of bill of ladings’ jurisdiction clause against a consignee, whose interests were represented by Pierre-Yves Guerin.
