Lmt Avocats’ 15th partner!

With Cristian Rawlins, Lmt Avocats further strengthens its Life Sciences team, this time focusing on the M&A practice.

As a partner, he will be providing his advices on corporate law and M&A aspects and act as a new member in the Life Sciences team.

Thanks to his career, Cristian Rawlins has become an expert in smallcap and midcap M&A and private equity transactions (at Bird & Bird, then as managing partner of the Paris office of Duteil Avocats for nine years). This experience, combined with his genuine international culture, will create a remarkable synergy with Lmt Avocats’ M&A team, which is made up of Antoine Lemétais, Arnaud Bourdon and Nathalie Le Bris.

Cristian Rawlins assists numerous players in particular in the life sciences sector, and his expertise will be a key asset for Lmt Avocats in this field, whose dedicated team is involved on a daily basis in assisting companies with their development projects, often on an international basis, and more occasionally for acquisitions, disposals or in fund-raising transactions.

Founded by Antoine Lemétais and Olivier Samyn, our Life Sciences team is currently expanding, having already been reinforced by Ghislaine Issenhuth, co-opted as a partner in last July (see LJA 1497). Ghislaine mainly works on all regulatory aspects of health products and all types of litigation relating to them.
