Nathalie Sinavong has a post-graduate degree (DEA) in private international law and international trade law from the University Panthéon-Assas - Paris II and a master’s degree (maîtrise) in Business Law with a major in German law (University Panthéon-Assas - Paris II and Westfälische Wilhems-Universität Münster). She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1996.Her prior professional experience includes working at Haarmann Hemmelrath, Pinsent Masons, and more recently, in a French independent firm with a strong international client base.

Nathalie Sinavong mainly advises international groups (in particular, from Germany, the U.S  and U.K.) on  industrial risk and product liability matters.Nathalie Sinavong assists them in managing their risks and claims, in the pre-litigation stage, as well and during the forensic examination and litigation phases.

The Industrial Risk & Liability / Insurance team, which now has 5 partners and 6 associates, has over the years been increasingly recognised for its expertise in technical and industrial risks. The team’s strengths include its thorough understanding of  the technical aspects involved, its solid experience in leveraging expert opinions and in court or arbitral disputes, its know-how of assessing damages and insurance law, and its extensive experience managing cases in cooperation with other lawyers and technicians, who are most often German- or English-speaking.

Nathalie Sinavong shares the team’s DNA and her extensive experience in assessing personal injury is a significant asset.

With the addition of Nathalie Sinavong, Lmt Avocats will strengthen its French-German cross-border practice led by Christian Connor and Alexandre Gruber.With its long-standing and recognised experience on both sides of the Rhine River, its thorough knowledge of the German language and culture, the German practice team provides German companies of all sizes, as well as their French subsidiaries, access to Lmt Avocats’ very broad range of advisory and litigation services.

With a French/German bicultural background and extensive experience advising and representing German companies and their French subsidiaries, Nathalie Sinavong will contribute to developing the German practice and work closely with the firm's other specialist teams.
