Lmt Avocats has advised the UK company Supreme PLC, leading wholesale distributor in the vape industry for the disposal of the intellectual property of T-Juice vape products (including the brand Red Astaire) to an associated company of La Vape Professional Distribution (“LVP”), one of France’s largest wholesalers of electronic cigarettes and e-liquids.
The lawfirm , also assisted Supreme PLC in the negotiation and finalization of a 5 years new strategic partnership between the parties.
