Lmt Avocats has advised AUREA in the acquisition of REAL ALLOY UK and RVA

Lmt Avocats has advised AUREA, one of the leading European operators in the industrial waste recycling sector, in the acquisition of 100% of the shares of the British company REAL ALLOY UK, specialised in aluminium recycling, and of the French company RVA (Récupération Valorisation Aluminium), specialised in the processing of waste from the aluminium industry.

This transaction will enable AUREA to strengthen its position in the aluminium sector, and in particular to develop its presence in the United Kingdom. The entire scope of the transaction involve nearly 100 persons and a full-year turnover of approximately €80 million.
