Employers must disclose the identity of employees who commit traffic violations
On 12 October 2016 the French Parliament passed a law entitled “Loi de modernisation de la Justice du XXIe siècle” aiming at modernizing the French justice system. Valérie Tromas and Christian Connor explain how its article 34, by amending article L121-6 of the French Highway Code, drastically changes the way traffic violations committed with a company car are handled.
