Employees representation now assumed by a single body


One of the prominent changes brought about by the “ordonnances Macron” is the merging of individual elected employees' representatives (“délégués du personnel”), the works council (“comité d'entreprise”), and the health and safety committee (“comité d'hygiène, de sécurité, et des conditions de travail”) into a new, single employees representation body: the “Comité social et économique” (CSE).
