On 21 June 2017 Lmt Avocats presented the French regulatory framework for class actions in health matters at the breakfast conference “Are French class actions cause for concern? A practical case study from the pharmaceutical industry” organized by the Sciai Saint-Honoré group.

Pascal Deliry (Directeur Indemnisation, HDI Global SE) and Maxence Le Garrec (Responsable Indemnisation RC, Siaci Saint-Honoré) discussed recent large-scale public health scandals and their impact on pharmaceutical companies in terms of insurance coverage.
