Lmt Avocats advised Sêmeia on its combination with Healabs, a company specialized in remote patient monitoring, particularly in nephrology.

This transaction represents a key milestone in the group’s development, which now supports approximately 35,000 active patients in France, notably following the acquisition of Optim’Care in 2022.

The combination is driven by the strong complementarity of the companies’ respective solutions, MedicWise (Sêmeia) and apTeleCare (Healabs), thereby enhancing the technological and clinical offering of the newly formed digital health group.
