Since 2006, Anne Lemarchand has devoted her practice exclusively to employment law, both as a trial lawyer and as a counsel.
After completing a Franco-German university degree and starting her career with a sole practitioner, her client base became increasingly international, particularly during her first spell of work at Lmt Avocats. She then joined the employment team at 140VH Avocats, which she helped to develop from 2010 to 2024.
She advises on collective and individual labour relations, for employers of all sizes and in all sectors, but mainly in the digital sector, where she has developed particular expertise in the engineering, consulting, and IT services sector (formerly known as “SYNTEC” industry) and has forged partnerships with industry stakeholders (through initiatives such as hotlines, breakfast sessions on employment topics, webinars and publications).

The woman behind the lawyer
Anne occasionally goes running; but to her two daughters’ delight, she also is passionate about cake design and creative pastry-making, and French and German gastronomy.
