Lmt Avocats advised 4Moving Biotech in connection with a €12 million financing to advance the development of a first-in-class disease-modifying osteoarthritis drug (DMOAD) for knee osteoarthritis.

The round combines equity and loans, reflecting a flexible capital structure aligned with long-term value creation. The financing was backed by a pool of private investors and family offices, some of whom invested directly at the 4Moving Biotech subsidiary level.
